Lisa Ferrari
Lisa Ferrari is a multi-disciplined artist, working primarily with encaustic wax. She uses a mixture of bees wax and a tree sap called damar resin, dry pigments, oil sticks and alcohol inks, fusing all with the heat of a blowtorch to create her 2D & 3D works of art on birch board, paper and clay. Lisa has found innovative ways to express herself through this ancient technique. She offers encaustic wax workshops in her home studio in Christmas Hills.
